About Presence Sleep

  • While you're on the sleep timer screen, select “Add Event” at the top. You'll be directed to a blank sleep journalling page while your active sleep event continues to track. Fill out the page and don’t forget to tap “Save Entry”

  • You can only create one child profile per account at this time.

    1. Tap the profile icon on the top right corner of your screen

    2. Select "help us improve"

  • Go to the Apple app store from your phone and search for the “Presence Sleep” app. Select it, scroll down to the Ratings & Reviews and then select “Write a Review.” We appreciate your honest feedback!

  • Try closing the app and restarting it. If you are still having trouble, please contact us at

  • Select “Forgot Password” from the Sign In page of the app and then enter the email associated with your account. An email will be sent with a link and instructions to reset your password

Our comprehensive tracking system allows you to monitor their progress and make informed decisions to improve their sleep routine. Our interactive features, including sleep event reminders, expert videos, and helpful tips, guide you through the sleep training process and make it an engaging experience that delivers results.
